Wellbeings is a 12-week online program aimed at educating young people about mental health and wellbeing, and providing them with resources to develop and implement their own program improving young people’s mental health within their communities. Students will work in a collaborative environment to learn from their peers and come up with innovative solutions together to tackle the issue of youth mental health. The program is a brand-new collaboration with the Being Well – Doing Good initiative, running for the first time in 2020.
Wellbeings will run 12 sessions online over the course of 12 weeks, starting in Term 3 2020 and is open to students in years 9-12. 20 places are available and the program incurs no cost to participants.
